Hilda Eastgate and Brenda Bourne, residents at Mellish House Residential Home for Dementia in Sudbury, had their Christmas jumper sketches shortlisted by GMTV and Primark.
Two talented care home residents came close to winning a competition to design a fun Christmas jumper for the host of TV’s Good Morning Britain.
Hilda Eastgate and Brenda Bourne enjoy taking part in art and craft activities at Mellish House Residential Home in Sudbury. They entered the nationwide challenge to come up with a fun festive sweater design for presenter Ben Sheppard and were delighted to be named runners-up.
