A motorcyclist is in hospital after a serious collision with a van on the corner of a road in Little Livermere, between Bury St Edmunds and Thetford.
The air ambulance was called at around 10am to the scene, at the corner junction of Green Lane with Rymer Lane.
Officers are still at the scene investigating what happened. The van driver was unhurt.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, is being treated at West Suffolk Hospital. His next-of-kin have been informed of the incident.
A spokeswoman from the East of England Ambulance Service said the motorcyclist had arm and leg injuries, but they were not thought to be life-threatening.
An appeal for witnesses has been made by officers. Anyone with information was asked to call 101 quoting CAD 104 of today (September 21).
The junction of Green Lane with the A134 is currently closed, as is Green Lane travelling west past RAF Honington.
