Traffic is reported to have cleared in both directions after a crash on the B1116 between Framlingham and Wickham Market.
Suffolk police said a purple Fiat 500 left the road and smashed into a hedge at around 4.10pm.
The ambulance service was been called to treat the driver, although their condition is not thought to be serious.
Suffolk police said a recovery vehicle had been called. At 5pm, the traffic was reported to be heavy in both directions, however by 6pm it had cleared.
The B1116 is the main road between Framlingham and the A12, passing through Parham and Hacheston.
