Two people in their 80s were taken to hospital on Sunday after a crash in a supermarket car park.
A spokesman for Suffolk Constabulary said the driver of a grey Ford Mondeo had suffered a “medical episode” while driving in the car park of Tescos at Copdock, in Ipswich, at around 12.20pm.
The car then collided with three others and firefighters had to be called to cut the female driver and her male passenger free.
An ambulance spokesman said their injuries were not serious but both had been taken to hospital for a check-up.
