Thousands of people are expected to gather on Christchurch Park this weekend to enjoy a vibrant celebration of Asian culture.
The annual Ipswich Summer Indian Mela, put together by The Ipswich and Suffolk Indian Association, will run from 12noon-6pm on Sunday.
The free event, which is in its 14th year, acts as the grand finale of the Ip-Art Festival.
Highlights will include live performances of Indian Bollywood dances, songs and music; Bollywood dance workshops; Indian cooking displays; sari and turban demonstrations; Mela’s Got Talent; and a food village.
