A teenager has appeared in court in connection with a police pursuit along the A12 from Colchester to Ipswich.
Peri Wacey, 18, of Norwich Road, Ipswich, was arrested following the alleged incident on May 8 which ended at Copdock, near Ipswich.
He is denies aggravated vehicle taking, dangerous driving, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.
Wacey also denies dangerous driving, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance in relation to another police pursuit on Woodbridge Road, Ipswich, on Wednesday May 3.
He appeared before Ipswich Magistrates Court on Friday May 10, and pleaded not guilty to all charges.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Ipswich Crown Court on June 7.
A 17-year-old boy from Ipswich arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and failing to stop for police in the May 8 incident has been released under investigation pending further inquiries.
