A ROAD has reopened in west Suffolk after an incident this afternoon when a lorry carrying a skip overturned.Police were called to Orttewell Road at Great Barton, near Bury St Edmunds, after reports came in that a lorry carrying a skip had ended up on its side in the middle of the road.

Police were called to Orttewell Road at Great Barton, near Bury St Edmunds, after reports came in that a lorry carrying a skip had ended up on its side in the middle of the road.
The crash happened beneath the railway bridge at 1.20pm today and the road was closed off by police at its junctions with both Barton Road and the A143.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk Police said the road reopened at shortly before 4.30pm and had earlier said driver was not thought to be injured.
