FIREFIGHTERS were called out after chemical drums were found alight in a west Suffolk playing field.
Suffolk Fire Service was called in at about 8am today to George Lambton Avenue in Newmarket.
A spokeswoman for the service said the drums were thought to be empty but every precaution was being taken in dealing with the fire.
