The A12 in east Suffolk has reopened after police were called to help clear cattle from the road last night.
Police were called to the scene near Stratford St Andrew on Sunday evening.
The road was closed in both directions.
However, the road was reopened shortly before 8.30pm after police helped clear cattle from the carriageway.
