WILLIAM CHARLES RIX 'BILL' Passed away peacefully at Ipswich Hospital on Wednesday 18th September, 2024, aged 91. Beloved husband of the late Joyce Rix. Dear dad to Janice and son in law Mike. Much loved grandad to Sarah, Ally, Paul and Dan.
