JEFFERY HAMMOND Passed away peacefully on 12th June, 2024, aged 82. Devoted husband of Elizabeth, father of Jason and Jonathan, step-father to Robert. A dear grandad to seven grandchildren and great grandad to six. Funeral to be held on Thursday 4th July, 2024, at Seven Hills Crematorium at 2.15 p.m. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired are to go to St Elizabeth Hospice and can be sent c/o jefferyhammond.muchloved.com
