McIntosh Thomas (Tom) Lee, born Washington DC. Died July 10, 2015 aged 76, of Hadleigh, Suffolk. Much loved and loving husband of Miranda, friend and inspiration to many music lovers worldwide. Conductor and concert pianist. Founder and music Director of East Anglian Summer Music Festival and of Opera Anglia. The funeral is at United Reformed Church, Market Place, Hadleigh, IP7 5DL at 2.30 p.m. on August 5. Flowers and donations to Breadline Africa c/o.
