RICHARD (DICK) LAST Sylvia would like to thank all family, friends and neighbours for their help, kindness and letters, following the recent loss of Dick. Thanks to all doctors, nurses, carers, St Elizabeth Hospice and Hospice at Home team for their care and support. Special thanks to the Reverend John Waller for such a loving service. Thanks also for the grand total of £1,015 in donations to St Elizabeth Hospice and Macmillan Nurses Funds. Please accept this as the only but most sincere thank you.
