MARSHALL LINDA Lindas family would like to thank everyone who kindly sent cards and messages of sympathy, and to all those who attended her funeral service. Special thanks, for all their care and kindness, to the staff on wards G1 and G4 at the West Suffolk Hospital, to Angela and her colleagues from the Macmillan nurses team, to the Reverend John Bleazard, and to Christine from Brown Fenn and Parker. They would also like to express their sincere gratitude for all the generous donations received for ward G1, the Macmillan Unit. Please accept this as the only, but most sincere, acknowledgement.
