COLLINS Elizabeth (Liz). Lizs family would like to sincerely thank all friends and relatives for their kind expressions of sympathy, for the support given at Lizs thanksgiving service and over the last few weeks. Thank you also for generous donations to the Louise Hamilton Trust which are still being accepted c/o Critoph and Crowe Tel 01502 564285. Finally thank you to all concerned with Lizs care at the James Paget Hospital, with particular heartfelt thanks to Dr Ulrike Dernedde and Joy. Will all please accept this as the only but most sincere acknowledgement.
