Former Ipswich Town transfer target Jonson Clarke-Harris has been placed on the transfer list by Peterborough United.
The 28-year-old striker shared the League One Golden Boot award with Ipswich's Conor Chaplin in the season just gone - the pair both bagging 26 league goals.
Overall, he's netted 74 time in 147 appearances for Posh since moving to London Road from Bristol Rovers for a reported fee of £1m in August 2020.
Ipswich, preparing for their second season in League One under Paul Lambert's management back then, were understood to have considered a move that summer. Oli Hawkins was ultimately the only striker addition of that window.

More recently, in the January just gone, Ipswich were among a clutch of clubs linked to the front man. Kieran McKenna ultimately strengthened his front line with the additions of Nathan Broadhead and George Hirst.
With the latter having now returned to loan club Leicester, Town's current striker options are Freddie Ladapo, Kayden Jackson (who has tranistioned into more of a wide player), plus returning loanees Joe Pigott and Gassan Ahadme.
Peterborough are preparing for another season in League One following their dramatic play-off semi-final collpase to Sheffield Wednesday.
Clarke-Harris - now in the final year of his contract - is one of nine players to have been publically transfer-listed, along with Frankie Kent, Dan Butler, Oliver Norburn, Josh Knight, Ben Thompson, Joe Tomlinson, Jeando Fuchs and Christy Pym.
