The trial of an east Suffolk man accused of wounding another man is due to take place in November.
Before Ipswich Crown Court on Monday for a plea and trial preparation hearing was Jonathon Ezobi 45, of Sands Lane, Lowestoft.
He pleaded not guilty to an offence of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm on June 27 this year.
His trial will take place during a two-week warned list commencing November 11.
The trial is expected to last three or four days.
