A motorist was arrested for testing over the legal limit for alcohol.
A response team at Haverhill police were called to a motorist drinking alcohol in the town.
In a roadside breath test the driver provided a sample of 56 micrograms and in custody gave a sample of 45 micrograms.
The legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

A spokesman for Suffolk police said the motorist is still yet to be charged.
The arrest comes as part of a month-long campaign by Suffolk police targeting the fatal four offences.
Officers are on patrol across the county speaking to road users to explain the risks attached to their behaviours to reduce the number of people killed and seriously injured on Suffolk roads.
