Firefighters put out a vehicle fire on the A11.
One crew from Mildenhall and two from Newmarket were called at 11.04am on Saturday after reports of the fire near the Red Lodge bypass.
Traffic built up from the road's junction with the A14 up to the junction with Warren Road.
Emergency services were at the scene while the incident is ongoing.
