A 24-year-old man has been sentenced after he was caught kicking his dog on a doorbell camera.
Cameron Quilter, of Golding Way, Stowmarket, appeared before Suffolk Magistrates' Court in Ipswich on Monday after being charged with causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal.
According to the Crown Prosecution Service, Quilter handed himself in after seeing the footage of himself on social media following the incident on March 3.
Quilter was given a 12 month community order and 50 hours unpaid work.
